By accessing or using Privo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. Privo is operated by BlueAT Network ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Service

Privo is a privacy-focused URL shortening service. We provide simple link redirection without click analytics, device fingerprinting, or user tracking. The Service is offered free of charge for unlimited links, with optional advanced features available through Privo Cloud accounts.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not use Privo to shorten, share, or redirect to any content that:

• Violates any law or regulation — including but not limited to content that is illegal in your jurisdiction or the jurisdiction of the destination site.
• Infringes intellectual property rights — including pirated software, movies, music, books, or any copyrighted material distributed without authorization.
• Contains malware or phishing — including viruses, trojans, ransomware, spyware, deceptive login pages, or any content designed to harm users or steal credentials.
• Promotes fraud or scams — including pyramid schemes, Ponzi schemes, fake giveaways, investment fraud, or impersonation of individuals or organizations.
• Involves harassment or threats — including doxxing, cyberbullying, stalking, or content targeting individuals with abuse or intimidation.
• Contains sexually explicit material involving minors — zero tolerance; such links are reported to relevant authorities.
• Promotes violence or extremism — including terrorist content, bomb-making instructions, or material inciting violence against any group.
• Sells illegal goods or services — including drugs, weapons, counterfeit currency, or stolen data.
• Engages in spam or bulk unsolicited messaging — including using shortened links in email spam, comment spam, or automated bot distribution.
• Circumvents security or access controls — including linking to content behind paywalls without authorization, or bypassing regional restrictions or blocks.
• Misrepresents the destination — including URL masking for deceptive purposes, or redirect chains designed to obscure the final destination.

4. Link Removal and Enforcement

We reserve the right to remove any shortened link at any time, without prior notice, if we determine it violates these Terms or applicable law. We may also block destination domains associated with repeated abuse.

If you believe a Privo link points to abusive or illegal content, please report it immediately to [email protected]. We review all reports and take appropriate action.

5. Privacy and Data

Our approach to privacy is simple: we don't track you. We do not collect click analytics, device fingerprints, or personal identifiers for anonymous link creation. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

Note that while we do not track clicks, destination websites you visit through a Privo link are governed by their own privacy practices, which are outside our control.

6. Service Availability

We strive to keep Privo fast and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications at any time. Check our Service Status page for current operational information.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Privo disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or free from harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BlueAT Network be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BlueAT Network from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
